D’Arbonne Pointe, LLC

This Refund and Cancellation Policy (“Policy”) governs the terms and conditions under which refunds will be issued in the event of a cancellation of a reservation at D’Arbonne Pointe, LLC (“Company”). By making a reservation, the guest (“Guest”) acknowledges and agrees to the terms set forth herein.


1. Full Refund (30 Days or More)

If a Guest cancels a reservation thirty (30) calendar days or more prior to the scheduled arrival date, the Company shall issue a full refund of all amounts paid, less the applicable Processing Fee described in Section 4.


2. Partial Refund (29–15 Days Prior to Arrival)

If a Guest cancels a reservation between twenty-nine (29) calendar days and fifteen (15) calendar days prior to the scheduled arrival date, the Company shall issue a refund equal to fifty percent (50%) of all amounts paid, less the applicable Processing Fee described in Section 4.


3. No Refund (14 Days or Less)

If a Guest cancels a reservation fourteen (14) calendar days or fewer prior to the scheduled arrival date, the Guest shall not be entitled to any refund.


4. Processing Fee

All refunds issued pursuant to this Policy shall be subject to a non-refundable processing fee of six percent (6%) of the total reservation amount. This fee shall be deducted from the refund amount due to the Guest.


5. Shortened Stays

The Company does not issue refunds for early departures or for modifications that shorten the duration of a stay if such changes are made within thirty (30) calendar days prior to the scheduled arrival date.


6. Acts of Nature

The Company shall not be liable to issue refunds or compensation due to Acts of Nature or other circumstances beyond its reasonable control. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Weather conditions;

  • Road conditions;

  • Power outages;

  • Conditions of the lake or surrounding areas.

Such circumstances are not considered valid grounds for cancellation or refund under this Policy. Guests assume the risk of such occurrences when making a reservation.


7. Cancellation Procedure

Cancellations must be initiated by the Guest through one of the following methods:

  1. By accessing the cancellation link provided in the original reservation confirmation email; or
    b. By contacting the Company directly by telephone and requesting cancellation.

The effective date of cancellation shall be the date on which the Guest’s cancellation request is received and confirmed by the Company.


7. Cancellation Procedure

  1. By accessing the cancellation link provided in the original reservation confirmation email; or
    b. By contacting the Company directly by telephone and requesting cancellation.
