Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your reservation and stay at D’Arbonne Pointe Cabin & RV Rentals, owned and operated by D’Arbonne Pointe. By confirming a reservation, the renter and all guests acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to these Terms.

Eligibility

The renter must be 25 years of age or older to make a reservation. By booking, you confirm that you are at least 25 and that all occupants of your reservation accept these Terms.

Check-In & Check-Out

  • Check-in is at 3:00 PM. Check-out is at 11:00 AM.
  • No exceptions unless alternative arrangements are approved in advance by management.
  • A late check-out fee of $150 applies to any departure after 11:00 AM.

Cabin Access

Cabins are secured with keypad locks. Your entry code will be issued within 24 hours of check-in. Please keep cabins locked when unoccupied and upon departure.

Pets

Pets are not allowed anywhere on the property. Service dogs are welcome but require service certification and current vaccination records. An additional $200 fee will apply if a non-permitted pet is found on the property.

Smoking

Smoking is not permitted inside the cabins. Evidence of indoor smoking is subject to an additional cleaning fee.

Parking & Vehicles

Each cabin is limited to two (2) vehicles, which should remain in that cabin’s designated parking. Vehicles obstructing the boat ramp or the property driveway are subject to tow at the owner’s expense.

Amenities

D’Arbonne Pointe offers a pool (no lifeguard on duty) and a boat ramp. These amenities are private property and are for the use of registered cabin and RV occupants only. They are not open to the public or to guests not staying on site. Guests use these facilities at their own risk.

Before You Depart

To avoid additional fees, please complete the following before checking out:

  • Place all used bath and dish towels on the bathroom floor.
  • Remove all food.
  • Gather all trash (inside and outside) and place it in the on-site dumpsters.
  • Wash all used dishware, or load the dishwasher and start the cycle.
  • Return all cabin items and furniture to their proper place.
  • Turn off all fans, TVs, and lights.
  • Set the air conditioning/heating to 74°F in summer or 65°F in winter.

Inspections & Damages

Interior and exterior inspections are conducted after each departure. Violations of these Terms are subject to a $150 service fee. Stolen property and any repairs or replacements arising from damage discovered during post-stay inspection will be charged to the renter at cost.

Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Cancellation & Refund Policy. In summary, cancellations 30 or more days before arrival receive a full refund; 15–29 days before arrival receive 50%; and 14 days or fewer before arrival are not eligible for a refund. No refunds are issued for shortened stays, or for weather, road, power, or lake/area conditions.

Liability

D’Arbonne Pointe shall not be liable for any damages or injury to the renter, their family, or their guests, or to their property, from any cause arising from occupancy of the premises. The owner is not responsible for any personal property left behind by the renter or guests.

Reporting Issues & Emergencies

Please report any damage or issues noticed at check-in or during your stay as soon as possible by calling or texting (318) 252-4672 or emailing darbonnepointela@gmail.com. For urgent matters, calling or texting is recommended. In an emergency, call 911 or the Union Parish Sheriff’s Department at (318) 368-3124.

Acceptance

By confirming your reservation, you acknowledge that you have received, read, and fully understand these Terms; that you are 25 years of age or older; and that you and all occupants of your reservation agree to comply with them throughout your stay. Failure to comply may result in penalties or early termination of the reservation.
